How Are CBD Living Suppositories Used?

CBD Living Suppositories are meant to be used by inserting the suppository into the rectum or vagina to be absorbed. Due to the high viscosity of the rectum membranes, CBD is easily and quickly absorbed and results are almost immediate.

To Use CBD Living Suppositories Rectally:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water
2. If the suppository is soft hold it under cold water, or place in the refrigerator until the suppository is hard
3. Remove the wrapper
4. Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired
5. Lubricate the suppository tip with a water-soluble lubricant such as K-Y Jelly, not petroleum based jelly such as Vaseline
6. Lie on your side with your lower leg straightened out and your upper leg bent forward into your stomach. Lift upper buttock to expose the rectal area
7. Insert the suppository, pointed end first, with your finger until it passes the muscular sphincter of the rectum (about 1 inch in adults)
8. Hold buttocks together for a few seconds. Remain lying down for about 5 minutes to avoid having the suppository slip out
9. Discard used materials and wash your hands thoroughly

To Use CBD Living Suppositories Vaginally:

1. Wash hands thoroughly before use
2. If the suppository is soft hold it under cold water, or place in the refrigerator until the suppository is hard
3. Remove the wrapper
4. Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired
5. Insert the suppository, pointed end first, with your finger as far as it will go without causing discomfort.
6. Discard used materials and wash your hands thoroughly
7. Rest for 5-20 minutes to avoid having the suppository slip out
